YourFriday is a marketplace. We connect talent with hirers. We don't produce, finance, or guarantee any project listed here. Hirers and talent contract directly. We help you find each other, message safely, and get paid via Razorpay.

1. Who can use YourFriday

You must be 18 or older to create a talent or hirer account. For talent under 18 ("Backstage Kids" equivalent), a verified parent/guardian account is required and consent forms are mandatory for every audition.

2. Identity & verification

• Hirers must complete PAN or GSTIN verification before posting paid jobs.
• Talent may verify with PAN + Aadhaar (via DigiLocker) to receive a verified badge.
• Pretending to be someone else is grounds for permanent ban.

3. What you can post

Real casting calls for real projects. No MLM. No adult content. No roles that violate Indian law. Self-tape rooms are private — you may not share another user's self-tape outside YourFriday without their written consent.

4. Payments

• Job-post fees (₹2,400 Featured / ₹8,000 Staff Pick) and Pro subscriptions (₹499/month) are processed via Razorpay. Prices include 18% GST.
• Talent payouts are sent via UPI (Razorpay Route). We do not hold escrow — hirers pay talent directly once a hire is confirmed in YourFriday.
• Refunds: featured/staff-pick fees are non-refundable once the listing goes live.

5. Conduct

Harassment, hate speech, off-platform solicitation, and any quid pro quo behaviour will lead to immediate suspension. Report it via /report.

6. Limitation of liability

We provide the platform "as is". We don't guarantee any specific job outcome, audition response, or payout. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 12 months.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bangalore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
